Where did my little girl go?!

Oh my goodness, Brynn barely even seems like a toddler anymore! I feel like my little girl has turned into a big girl overnight. She's only 22 months old but she has an amazing vocabulary and seems to really understand the events and activities going on around her. While she is still a little snotty, my little sweetie has returned!

Tonight I was in awe of so many things that she did and here are just a few reasons why tonight Brynn brightened my evening:

1. I was messing on the computer and she was pushing her little stroller around with her baby. She likes to do this with her sunglasses on. She tried to put them on her baby and then said to her baby, "My Sweaty"...which really means "Sweetie". I often call her my little sweetie and she repeats that to her dolls. Then, she took the baby out of the stroller and said, "Ooohh, stinky...Poo-Poo! Diaper." She pretended to take off the baby's diaper and ran to her room to find one of her diapers.

2. Somehow me walking from one room to another turned into a game of hide-and-go-seek. She was hiding in corners and giggling while saying that she was hiding and giving herself away. I would go hide and then pop out and say, "Boo!" which would send her into hysterical laughter. I hid once more and made it more difficult for her to find me. She looked in several places and then calls out, "Where are you?....Momma?". She gets close to me and I scare her into another round of giggles.

3. She asked to go nite-nite! I thought it was for real, but she just played asleep on the guestbed and then got a second-wind. (She has always been an awesome sleeper - I don't know what I'd do if we had another kid and he/she didn't sleep!)

4. She loves to be like mommy. She imitates everything I do one of which was I had a blanket around me because I was cold and she grabbed her blankie and put it around herself like me.

5. While typing this blog post she tugs on my shirt and asked me to suck out her nose. Now she's off in search of the nose sucker!

Tonight, "I do want it!"
