Brynn is Two!

Monday, June 11, 2007
Brynn turned two on June 6. We had fun celebrating our sweet little girl. We are so grateful to God for blessing us with a beautiful, smart, and independent daughter. She continues to challenge us daily in lessons on patience and for the amount of love we didn't know we had in us. Praise God for you, Brynn!

Summer Fun

Alrighty, blogger is ok for now...Here a just a few random pictures.

Brynn enjoying her little pool.

Small group cookout at our house, some of the girls eating together. Adorable.

Crazy Blogger....

...seems to fritz out on the evenings I want to catch up on my postings! Ah! I had one successful post, but now it won't let me add more pictures. So eventually, you will see pictures from Brynn's 'actual' birthday, June 6.

Family Fun!

We had a few birthday celebrations for Brynn's 2nd birthday. One of which was my parents and my brother, wife, and kids came up for just the afternoon to visit. Even in the short time we had a lot of fun and Brynn still talks about playing with Aubree. Thanks mom, dad, Chris, Stacey, Aubree and Mia for making it a special day. Sorry you couldn't stay longer!

"Yummy Tummy!"

Saturday, June 9, 2007
Brynn is 2! She turned 2 on Wednesday...I will post an update on that soon! First, I have a quick post to share. Brynn's new phrase is "Yummy Tummy", often said after eating a special treat or any food that she likes. She has said it so many times in the last two days and it is so cute!

I can understand her saying "Yummy Tummy" after eating some ice cream, but after eating a booger! Seriously?! That was another first that Matt and I witnessed today, picking her nose and then eating her booger. AHHH!!! Gross!!!

"You guys!"

Monday, June 4, 2007
Kids just catch onto things so quickly don't they? Matt and I were having a disagreement about something in front of Brynn yesterday and she simply says, "You guys!", like ok mom and dad just knock it off already! Needless to say, lesson learned and the argument ended. Thanks Brynn!

Baskets

So, I am wearing your average tank top today. As I am trying to finish getting myself dressed and comb Brynn's hair as well, she insists on holding onto another brush to "help you". As I am combing her hair she shoves her brush down into my cleavage and says, "There. Basket, Mommy!", smiles and walks away.
